Dear Residents
We would like to thank residents for the overwhelming response to our recent Emails regarding the problems that we have encountered over the last couple of weekends regarding large groups of youths.
We are working in conjunction with Oldham Council’s Anti Social Behaviour Unit and can assure you that every youth found to be in possession of alcohol is referred to them, and also Oasis which is Oldham’s Alcohol and Substance Intervention Service.
We ask that you continue to support us in this matter, and we value every phone call made to the police letting us know of the whereabouts of large groups of youths as early as possible so officers can be deployed to those areas and prevent any disruption to your neighbourhood.
