Children at Diggle Primary School today wore spots or made spots to raise funds for Children in Need.

Children from the school had a non-uniform day in support of Children in Need. This resulted in all manner of spotty clothing or Pudsey Bear related clothing being worn. In addition to dressing-up, the children made spotty patterns using coins sized 10p or smaller.

Children in Need is an annual charity appeal organised by the BBC and since 1980 has raised over £500 million. The charity aims to make a real difference to lives of children across the United Kingdom. The charity’s vision is that every child in the UK should have a safe, happy and secure childhood and that each and every child should get a chance to reach their full potential.

Well done Diggle school for raising money once again!
