A man has been charged in connection with the armed robbery at the pharmacy in Delph on the 16th Januray 2012.
31 year old Sam Donohue of Beswick Cottages, Delph, has been charged with robbery, possessing an air weapon whilst committing a robbery and possessing a firearm with intent to cause others to fear unlawful violence.
He appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 19 January 2012 and has been remanded in custody.
