Saturday 10 November – Parish Christmas Fair – Kilngreen Church, Diggle 2 – 4pm – Please go along and visit the stalls (tombola. home-made cakes, photography, games and much much more etc). The cafe will be open as usual in the kitchen and Santa’s Grotto will be there too. There is a small entry fee of 50p each.
Sunday 11th November – Diggle Main Band Remembrance Concert, 7.30pm, tickets £6
Wednesday 14th November – Pampered Chef Evening (run by the Band Contest Committee) 7.30pm, tickets £2
Thursday 15th November – Local PCC elections at Diggle Band Club.
Sunday 18th November – Christmas Craft Fair at Diggle Band Club
Wednesday 21 November – Kilngreen Church Panto. Tickets can be obtained from Kiln Green at 8pm on Monday evenings.
Friday 23rd November – Clothesline Collection at Diggle School. Please drop off any unwanted items, clothes, shoes, bags, belts, bedding. Diggle School will be paid per Kilo of weight and the money raised will go towards equipment and funds for the school children. Items can be dropped in at the school gates from 8.30am in the morning, they are usually collected at 10am. Please donate and thank you for your support.
Saturday 24th November – The Artful Dodgers (live band) + Open-mike, 7.30pm, tickets £5
Sunday 2 December – Christingle Service and switching on the Christmas tree lights at Diggle village green opposite the Chippy at 4pm. Mulled wine and good cheer.
Thursday 6 December – Diggle Community Association AGM at Diggle Band Club commencing at 8pm
Sunday 16th December – Childrens’ Christmas Party, Diggle Band Club, 3 – 6pm, tickets £1.50
Tuesday 18th December – Diggle A Band, Christmas Carole Concert, Diggle Band Club, 7.30pm, tickets £6
