The Leader of Oldham Council has posted his first-ever ‘video blog’ to explain what the Local Authority’s newly-adopted budget means to residents.
Councillor Jim McMahon speaks from inside the Council Chamber to explain the financial decisions taken by Full Council for 2012/3.
